AT&T to take $4 billion charge to cover possible T-Mobile breakup fee

Following FCC chairman's show of opposition to AT&T's proposed buy of T-Mobile, AT&T says it will take fourth-quarter charge to cover possible breakup fee, and withdraws pending approval application to agency.
