Make sure the notebook computer is receiving power (Is the AC Adapter plugged in correctly?). With the battery installed in the computer and the ACadapter connected check whether the battery ‘fuel gauge’ and laptop are displaying a charge light. If not the battery, the power system in the notebook, or the AC Adapter may be defective. You should take your machine to repair shop that can test the relevant components.
